The 3rd Annual Mayfield Downtown Farmers Market Holiday Market has quickly become a successful holiday shopping destination, bringing shoppers together to find unique gifts, delicious treats, and handmade treasures. This year, we’re planning an even bigger community event featuring Santa, children’s activities, live music, sing-alongs, choirs, and other festive activities—all designed to attract a strong crowd and create an exciting atmosphere for vendors and shoppers alike. Join us for a great opportunity to showcase your products, connect with holiday shoppers, and be part of a wonderful community tradition!
Please note:
- Each booth is 10′ x 10′.
- Tables and chairs are available for you to set up and tear down, vendors must bring all other needed items.
- Electricity is available if needed.
- Please provide protection for the newly finished floor for anything that could cause damage.
- Set up time starts at 7 am, please be ready by 9:30am. Accepted vendors must stay the entire time.
- Cost to participate is $20 when applying before Nov. 7th – $30 afterwards, which covers the cost for event promotion, facility access, and an overall good time!
- We love celebrating local makers! To maintain the unique spirit of our holiday market, we accept vendors who sell items they have grown, baked or mostly handcrafted themselves. We do not accept direct sales companies (MLMs), commercial imports, or buy-and-resell merchandise.
